about me
When I look back on my life, I can measure the time by my relationships. My first relationship with my mother and father, then siblings, cousins, peers, and onto romantic relationships, professional relationships and so on. How I felt about each phase of my life had to do more with the quality of my relationships than other factors such as my school, job, age, geography, ect. My relationships influenced how I felt about the rest of my life. If my relationships were thriving then I felt content and happy. If my relationships were falling apart then my life was too. If my relationships were a positive in my life, then I seemed to do better as well. I have discovered through my own experiences, that the quality of our relationships and the quality of our life are deeply connected.
Cultivating a loving community is a priority of mine. I love spending time with my husband, children and pets. You will often find me baking, hiking, reading and playing tennis. Our family adventures together often through hiking, camping and kayaking. To me, there is nothing better than experiencing nature with family and friends.
